Midwest Supplements started with a simple idea: Joplin deserves a supplement shop where real people get real answers. We're veteran-owned, locally rooted, and built around the people who walk through our doors.
We're not a faceless retailer and we're not here to upsell you. Whether you're brand new to fitness, getting back into it, training for a sport, or chasing PRs — you'll be talking to someone who actually trains, supplements, and has been where you're at.

Hey, I'm Herman. I was born and raised in a small farming town in Pennsylvania before deciding to join the U.S. Air Force when I was 18. I spent the next 12 incredible years serving and moving around the country.
I met my beautiful wife and moved to Webb City, where I've lived for the last 7+ years. I've spent the last 9 years working in the supplement industry, where I got to pursue my passion for fitness and helping others.
After seeing corporate greed at its finest, I chose to open my own supplement store — a place focused on helping people through honest guidance and quality products that actually make a difference.
Kyle Kesinger

Hey — I'm Kyle. Born and raised here in Joplin, I graduated from Carl Junction High School in 2011. I'm a proud dad of two amazing kids and have a wonderful fiancée who keeps life full of joy and balance.
I've spent most of my career in retail, but my true passion has always been the fitness industry — helping people transform their lives and become the best versions of themselves. Seeing others reach their goals is what motivates me every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding my dirt bike, and unwinding with some video games.
