• Weigh Outs: Oct 30th-Nov 3rd
• Winners will be announced Nov 14th

How do you win?

• Scoring is based on a point system
• 1lb of muscle gained = 1 point
• 1% body fat lost = 1 point
• Most cumulative points wins
  • You will not be docked for gaining body fat or losing muscle. Only positive points will be used for your cumulative total.

Prizes:

• 1st Place Male and Female Winner will receive $500 CASH
• 2nd Place Male and Female will receive $250 CASH
• 3rd Place Male and Female will receive $100 CASH
• Other prizes will included supplement packages for various things to be announced at a later date
